Return Policy

We offer a very strict return policy, and if we see that any product has been worn or damaged we have the right to refuse the return.

In store returns

    • Pullman Threads will accept returns or exchanges of unused and unwashed merchandise that was originally purchased at our location within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
    • Your original receipt or packing slip from Pullman Threads must accompany the return or exchange for a full refund, credit, or exchange.  Returns are credited to the original form of payment.

Online returns

Step by step instructions

    1. Please email us and explain the reasoning for the return and if eligible we will send return form and shipping label.
    2. Please fill out return form and place it in the package you are returning along with the product and proof of purchase.
    3. Apply shipping label to package and drop your return to any US Postal Service box, including your home mailbox. Please keep the tracking number for your records.

    • What if I do not have my original proof of purchase?
          • Contact us and we will see if it is possible to find the transaction.
    • When will I get my refund?
          • Refunds usually process in 5-10 business days from when we receive the return.
    • Can I get a price adjustment for items now on sale?
          • Yes, we offer price adjustments within the return deadline of 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Can I return an item purchased in person, through the online return process?
