- Pullman Threads will accept returns or exchanges of unused and unwashed merchandise that was originally purchased at our location within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
- Your original receipt or packing slip from Pullman Threads must accompany the return or exchange for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Returns are credited to the original form of payment.

Step by step instructions

- Please email us and explain the reasoning for the return and if eligible we will send return form and shipping label.
- Please fill out return form and place it in the package you are returning along with the product and proof of purchase.
- Apply shipping label to package and drop your return to any US Postal Service box, including your home mailbox. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
